December is a busy time of year for the big man in red.
He's been doing the rounds of the shopping malls, Christmas parades and of course getting set for his annual Christmas Eve deliveries.
But just like the rest of us, Santa has his bad days.
RNZ Producer Angie Skerrett has been looking at times when things haven't quite gone according to plan.
