Unreadable jargon in online contracts

A new study has found standard 'sign in' contracts are unreadable to the average customer. Courts are still enforcing these contracts even though most people don't understand what they've agreed to.

We talk to Judy Knighton, consultant at Write limited (a plain language consultancy) about why businesses continue to do this, and why we accept it.
