Arthur Baysting has been a colourful presence in Kiwi music for more than two decades. He co-wrote the Crocodiles' hit 'Tears' and his songs have been recorded by acts as diverse as Al Hunter and Che Fu. He has also been a tireless advocate for his fellow musicians, both as a member of the APRA board and founder of the New Zealand Music Industry Commission.
