Concrete roads cheaper and less polluting: report

A new report says building major highways out of concrete instead of asphalt would be 17-percent cheaper on average and less polluting in the long-run. The Infometrics report was commissioned by Concrete New Zealand. Report author Gareth Kiernan spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
