Wastewater testing for Covid-19 has shown a spike in the last two weeks due to the BA.5 variant.
Earlier this week Dr Ashley Bloomfield estimated that half of all positive Covid-19 cases were going unreported, making wastewater testing one of our most valuable metrics.
Dr Brent Gilpin is from the Institute of Environmental Science and Research, which has developed a new public dashboard for testing data.
He spoke to Susie Ferguson.
