Tamaki Redevelopment Co sells off its tenancy division

Tamaki Redevelopment Company is selling its tenancy arm, Tamaki Housing Association, which manages nearly 3-thousand homes. The homes themselves will remain owned by the Tamaki Redevelopment Company.
