Restaurant Brands workers win major concessions over hours

The Unite Union is celebrating a victory for its members working for fast food company Restaurant Brands. For the company, it's a win win. "If staff are happy and engaged with the employer, they are less likely to move on," says Restaurant Brands chief executive Russel Creedy.
