Du'Plessis Kirifi has been at the heart of the Hurricanes best efforts this season and his form is so compelling that All Blacks selection could be next. A self-confessed 'hot head' in his younger playing days he's now matured both and off the field, leading Wellington to the NPC title last season and the next morning jumping on a plane to join the All Blacks XV in Europe.
