Solutions to gun violence sought in Papua New Guinea

In Papua New Guinea, the Governor for Westen Highlands, Wai Rapa, is calling for a meeting of all Highlands Governors to find solutions to the gun violence and the internal refugee crisis that's affecting his province and the rest of the country.
